LadyboyPros is a relative newcomer to the Ladyboy website scene and makes some pretty large claims which remind me of those ‘my Dad can beat up your Dad’ competitions you used to have as a kid playing with your friends. LadyboyPros promises its Members ‘exclusive hardcore contents only,’ which is a fairly robust promise in an age where the Internet has been saturated with Ladyboy content. Another fairly large promise is to update the site ‘2 times a week,’ where most similar sites are updated only in a weekly or even monthly basis. For such a young site, these are some pretty big goals and I hope they can continue to deliver on their promises as the site itself is a great looking start.
SITE CONTENT
ladyboyPros is a colorful site if nothing else. The site is designed in subdued pinks and baby blues which add an air of youth to the design. Interestingly, there are no Asian inspired design elements in the site or logo itself which is a bold departure from many similar sites. Typically, Ladyboy sites have little hints of an Asian theme buried somewhere but LadyboyPros (apart from the content) itself, looks like your typical American porn site.
One of the things that I really liked immediately about LadyboyPros is the sheer volume of the Tour Section which is cleverly integrated right into the actual site itself. With 10 pages of previews from past updates, there is plenty of content to browse through and get a good feel for the site. This also gives the site some credibility in supporting its ‘2 times a week,’ update promise. The Tour Section is well designed and flows naturally from one page to the next with a high quality photo accompanied by three smaller thumbnails featuring the model in the update.
PHOTO CONTENT
Photos in LadyboyPros are well shot and well lighted. You’ll be able to instantly tell that from the Tour Section but sometimes you’ll find that tour photos have been heavily ‘adjusted’ to compensate for poor lighting or framing and then be disappointed when you reach the Member’s Area to find poor, grainy photos. This is definitely NOT the case with the photos in LadyboyPros. Each update contains 150 high quality photos that definitely meet the ‘crystal clear’ standard promised in the Tour Section. Photos are taken in conjunction with the video content and there are some great still shots that you’ll want to look at again and again. Models are beautiful and the photographer definitely knows his way around a camera. Galleries are easy to navigate with thumbnails leading to the larger pictures.
VIDEO CONTENT
All videos in LadyboyPros are presented in true HD (720p) quality, which, in case you’re wondering, 1080p is simply not really an option for storage and bandwidth limitations for most sites. But, 720p is a gorgeous looking video and you’ll be surprised at the quality if you’re used to watching 320×240 or even 640×480 WMV files rendered in their Medium or Large setting. This is definitely hardcore Ladyboy content at its best! The action for videos is immediate and very hot with plenty of great angles capturing every detail. Videos are a little on the short side, but understandably so, given the HD presentation. Definitely no shortage of Hardcore Ladyboy action inside LadyboyPros!
The downside to providing only HD content is that every single Member is forced to download very large file sizes which quickly leads to bandwidth issues (assuming the site is doing well and collecting Members). As an example, in the time it took to download the free ‘Mega Trailer’ in the Tour Section of LadyboyPros, I cleaned up a pile of dishes in the kitchen, made a cup of coffee, took out the trash, and I may have even done a crossword or two. The point being, downloading HD content is slow and even slower when you’ve got multiple persons addressing a server all at the same time.
That being said, this isn’t an unfixable problem and my hope is that the operators of LadyboyPros will do their very best to expand bandwidth so Members are not left waiting hours to download a 15 minute section of video… otherwise, I’m sure that they probably won’t stick around very long and leave frustrated. However, if you have a free night, set a couple videos downloading and they should just be finishing up when you wake up in the morning with your ‘morning wood.’ :)

CONCLUSION:
LadyboyPros is a great site and I really like the concept behind it. I love what they’re trying to do (which I think is be the first exclusively Ladyboy site featuring exclusive Ladyboy content presented exclusively in HD) but at this point, just from a Technological standpoint, I don’t think the world is ready for a site like this. I live in a fairly cosmopolitan area that has great broadband internet coverage and I have a fast connection, I have to as part of my job. Even then, it still took an excessively long time to download videos.
LadyboyPros raises a great question about if the porn-world is ready for HD content… I, for one, think that the site may be just a little bit ‘too ahead of its time.’ I hope though that it will prove me wrong as the concept, design, and content are second to none and given a bump in delivery, the site is well worth enjoying!
